The Center not only offers education (as non-regular courses) in cooperation with regional community, such as lifelong learning including open lectures and educational program based on industry-academia collaboration, but also develops collaborative activities with regional governments, industry and so on.

Regional education promotion department (planning and implementation of open lectures and campus tours for elementary and junior high school students), regional cooperation and symbiosis department (promotion of collaborative activities with local governments, support for local companies and engineers, working people Re-education) and industry-university collaborative education promotion departments (promotion of regional internships, development of industry-university collaborative education systems) are operating with the cooperation of the entire university.
